Travel advisors faced a significant hurdle when trying to understand a rate’s details. The data provided by the Travelport API was delivered in a technical, shorthand format, making it difficult for advisors to read and decipher. This clunky and unreadable copy presented a major obstacle for advisors, hindering their ability to make informed booking decisions.
Solution
I designed a AI Wizard that works seamlessly behind the scenes. When a hotel's room description, rate details, or cancellation policy was displayed, users can toggle the “Format with AI” to process the raw data and transform it into a more human readable text.
